When I went to check, the rooms were extremely noisy due to the huge fan/air conditioning unit outside and the old fan/AC inside, which you could hear all the time even with closed windows. The room itself was clean and large, the only reason I gave the property 3 stars. However, it was an eyesore filled with overnight party trash the following morning.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were in much need of an upgrade and quite dirty, having 2 double beds and a great view of the mountains was a plus. The service was friendly, but there were noise issues that were not resolved promptly. The location in the Pocono mountains was nice, though I would avoid eating dinner in the cold restaurant next to the bar. The dining experience was excellent overall, with a wide variety of options available. Despite shortcomings, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel was exactly what we expected, okay but without a refrigerator and coffee maker like other hotels we stayed in before. The walls were thin, but overall it was a decent stay. The service was nice, and the location was quiet and relaxing, although it needs updates.

On one hand, the rooms were decent with 2 bathrooms, 2 full-size beds, and a pull-out couch, but the water pressure in the showers was low, and the heating system was extremely noisy. The hotel wasn't crowded, but it had a slightly sweaty smell; fortunately, the windows could be opened, which was a rare find nowadays. The rooms were small but clean, though there weren't enough towels for a family of four.
